Your database has to be updated to version 8.17.03. The Web App cannot work with previous versions of Loan Performer.
Your database needs to be on a WAN (Wide Area Network) so that it can be accessed by mobile phones or tablets by typing the it's URL from any where outside the office.
You will have to provide Crystal Clear Software Limited with the connection string to your remote database (Server: IP address or URL, Database name, User name and Password) in order to get you started and set up the MFI short name. Afterwards, you will be able to change your login details under the menu Settings.
If you have multiple branch databases, we can consolidate them and create a central database.
